Insurance Policies
At Tinsley Dentistry, our mission is to provide the highest quality dental care and to treat every patient with the same care and concern we would show our own families. We understand that insurance can be confusing, and we work hard to help make it simple and stress-free for you.
We file claims for all insurance plans, whether in-network or out-of-network. We are contracted with Delta Dental Plans. If you have coverage outside of Delta Dental, you can still receive treatment here, and we are happy to file your claims on your behalf. Reimbursement levels for out-of-network plans are determined by your specific policy, and you are responsible for any portion not covered by your plan.
New Patient Registration
We are glad you have chosen to become part of our thriving dental practice. As a new patient, you may print and fill out the New Patient Information and Health History forms before your first appointment. By doing this step ahead of time, you will greatly reduce the amount of paperwork to be completed in our office. This will allow us more time to get to know you, making your first visit with us a pleasant one. We look forward to seeing you soon.
